Delivery Charges I don't charge you anything for 'handling' and, unlike many other sites on the web, I charge you only what it costs to mail the goods to you.
Most people choose UK first class mail, so these prices are included in the price.
You can choose other postage options when you get to the checkout.
Within the UK choose between first class and second class mail. (only marginally cheaper)
Outside the UK airmail only. (More expensive, but outside the EU there is no VAT, so the overall price is about the same)

Delivery Times I post out your order right away. Within the UK you can expect to receive your order in one or two days.
Airmail within Europe can take up to a week
Further afield airmail will take a week to sometimes 3 weeks. It seems to depend on the country rather than the distance. To Australia it takes a week, to Singapore 3 weeks!

Back Orders I rarely have to, but if your item is not in stock, I will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, in which case I will refund the order immediately.

Tax Charges VAT is automatically calculated based upon where the order is being sent to.
Orders sent outside the European Union or to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man are VAT free.
Orders sent to within the UK or elsewhere within the European Union are charged 20% VAT.
Note: I am required by law to charge VAT on postage.
