Returns Policy

1. Overview
Bayswater Products Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us") aim to provide you with high-quality products and services. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, this policy outlines your rights to return items, obtain refunds, or exchange products.
2. Your Right to Cancel
2.1 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
2.2 The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day you receive your goods (or the last item of your order, in the case of multiple items).
3. How to Cancel
3.1 To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by:

3.2 Please include your order number, a description of the items being cancelled, and your contact details.
4. Returning Items4.1 If you cancel your order, you must return the goods to us at your own cost within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation.
4.2 Items must be returned to: Bayswater Products Ltd., Unit E1-E6, Capital Point, Capital Business Park, Parkway, Cardiff, CF3 2PY, United Kingdom.
4.3 You are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged and in their original condition.
4.4 We recommend using a trackable delivery service and retaining proof of postage.
5. Refunds
5.1 Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5.2 If approved, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5.3 Refunds will include the cost of standard delivery (if applicable). If you opted for premium delivery, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.
6. Non-Cancellable and Non-Returnable Items
6.1 Certain goods are exempt from the right to cancel, including but not limited to:
- Custom-made or personalised items,
- Perishable goods,
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed,
- “Special Order” items. Special order goods are supplied on an ad hoc basis and are only placed on order with the Seller’s supplier once the Seller receives an order for them from the Buyer. Special orders may be subject to an indeterminate lead-time subject to the prevailing conditions of the Seller’s supply chain. As such, special order goods are only supplied on the strict understanding that they cannot be returned or cancelled even if there is a delay on the part of the supplier, unless they are faulty or damaged and reported to the Seller in accordance with these Terms.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
7.1 If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us by either,

within 30 days of receipt.
